CUTTING CHAIR RAIL and SKIRTING to fit AROUND THE ROOM
Use the Template to measure the internal or external angles of the walls in the same way as instructed for crown mouldings and set the pivoting workpiece holders and lock them both in position.

When placing the chair rail or skirting into the locked workpiece holder, the material that is to be fitted to the wall to the LEFT hand side of the mitre joint should be placed for cutting in the LEFT hand locked workpiece holder.

Position the Chair Rail or Skirting into the locked workpiece holder as shown in FIG 10.

The workpiece material that is to be fitted to the wall to the RIGHT hand side of the mitre joint should be placed for cutting in the RIGHT hand locked workpiece holder.
